1. General

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all ticket purchases for concerts, festivals, and other events (hereinafter referred to as the "Events") organized or managed by Lunar VOF (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Lunar VOF").

By purchasing tickets, registering for an Event, or subscribing to communications (including SMS marketing), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1. Purchase Agreement

All ticket purchases are final and constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Lunar VOF. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email serving as proof of purchase.

2.2. Payment

All prices listed include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made using the available payment methods during checkout. Tickets remain the property of Lunar VOF until full payment is received.

2.3. Delivery of Tickets

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate. Lunar VOF is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, tickets for leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

3.2. Event Cancellation

If an Event is canceled, Lunar VOF will refund the ticket price to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Service and transaction fees may be excluded unless otherwise required by law.

3.3. Event Rescheduling

If an Event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund conditions will be communicated via email.

4. Admission and Conduct

4.1. Admission

Entry requires a valid ticket and, if requested, valid identification. Lunar VOF reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:

  • Violates safety regulations

  • Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

  • Disrupts the Event

  • Fails to comply with venue or Event rules

No refunds will be granted in such cases.

4.2. Event Changes

The program, artists, timetable, and venue details may be subject to change. Such changes do not entitle the Customer to a refund unless the Event is officially canceled.

5. Marketing Communications (Including SMS)

5.1. Email and SMS Marketing

By purchasing tickets, registering for an Event, or subscribing via our website, you may be given the option to receive marketing communications from Lunar VOF, including:

  • Event announcements

  • Pre-sale notifications

  • Promotional offers

  • Important Event updates

  • SMS marketing messages

SMS marketing messages may include promotional content, reminders, ticket alerts, and limited-time offers.

5.2. Consent

SMS marketing messages will only be sent where you have explicitly provided prior consent (opt-in), in accordance with applicable Belgian and European data protection and electronic communications laws.

Providing your mobile phone number during ticket purchase does not automatically enroll you in promotional SMS marketing unless you have clearly agreed to receive such messages.

5.3. Frequency

The frequency of SMS messages may vary depending on Events and promotions. Standard message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply.

5.4. Opt-Out

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from SMS marketing at any time by:

  • Following the unsubscribe instructions in the message (e.g., replying "STOP"), or

  • Contacting us directly using the contact details below

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5.5. Service Messages

Transactional or service-related messages (e.g., ticket confirmations, event changes, safety updates) may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages, as they are necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement.

6. Liability

6.1. Limitation of Liability

Lunar VOF shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Lunar VOF is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Hearing damage

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Travel or accommodation costs in case of cancellation

6.2. Force Majeure

Lunar VOF shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government measures, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Mechelen, Belgium.
